Feature Showhome – Kelowna, British Columbia
• Sprawling over 1.6 acres and 40-foot elevation difference, the 6000 square foot main house and 1000 square foot pool house are joined together by a walking bridge.
• Incorporating the building structure into the character of the building envelope lead the way for a 10-foot wide by 48 foot long bridge connecting the two building sites. Situated on top of the mountain influenced the strategic placement of each room to optimize the expansive views overlooking the Okanagan Valley.
